Revenue & Simple Business Model

Our operational blueprint centers on investing in companies with annual revenue of over $2 million. Since revenue growth rates fluctuate, we are somewhat more flexible on that. We typically invest in the revenue spectrum spanning $2 million to $15 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This range affords us a substantial foothold and invaluable data, enabling us to effectively contribute to and amplify growth trajectories.

A Growing Market

We look for growing markets and verticals in the B2B software space. We gauge a market’s potential by its size (number of customers and dollars spent) and its growth rate. A flourishing market inherently propels a product’s demand, effectively drawing it out of the company. As Don Valentine has said: “great markets make great companies.” Our role is to partner in this endeavor, using our expertise to optimize the product and market fit.

Typical Deal Structure

Our approach centres around collaborating with visionary founders, fostering partnerships that span the entire lifespan of a company until a successful exit. Our commitment extends beyond investment – when we infuse capital, we assume a majority shareholder position along with a board of directors position and active engagement. Our preference is for management teams to continue to be large shareholders while continuing to lead the company. Beyond financial backing, we provide substantial support for growth, offering a guiding hand in lending our expertise to catalyze scalable expansion at every juncture.
